36 Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.
Then all the people said “Amen” and “Praise the Lord.”

Today’s scripture is a reminder about thanksgiving. God is good, and His love truly endures forever. The past few weeks have been full of messages about keeping faith, but today feels like a gentle nudge toward gratitude — a reminder to thank God for all the goodness already in our lives.

And honestly, I’m guilty of forgetting this. When stress piles up and I’m trying to fix different areas of my life, I sometimes forget to pause… and just thank God for what is already good.

Lately, I’ve been trying to be more intentional about it — stopping in the middle of my day, taking a deep breath, and giving thanks. For health. For being loved. For the friends and family who support me. For every life experience that shaped me into who I am today.

Approach life with gratitude, and the world becomes gentler. Warmer. More hopeful.
Praise the Lord for the blessings and the lessons.

I only did a short 20-minute sit this morning because I felt compelled to write this first. I’ll do another 35-minute sit later while traveling.

Down a bit but still testing positive for energy. It did spike to 0.011 last night. Holding another day at this support level — at a 1M market cap it has room to make a move if attention comes in.

It spiked back to my entry before dropping again. Still testing positive for energy and resting on support. At 3.88M market cap, there’s space for upside, so giving it another day.

Still quiet. Not much movement yet, but the overall market seems to be recovering a little. Holding this for now.

I still feel the energy test is trying to show me something — but I’m also realizing it needs to be an indicator alongside technical analysis, not the only indicator. That balance matters.

My socials have been slowly growing throughout this journey, and I’m grateful for that. It feels like God is blessing this path and nudging me to keep going. So I will.

I’ll be helping a friend today, so no trades. Just wanted to write this before leaving home. I’ll do a sit on the way there, and maybe one on the way back if God leads.
