Happy Friday the 13th! If you’re superstitious about that and scared now, just read the tweet below and pretend I didn’t say anything.
The biggest thing we’ve been working on this week is voting for our guests for Season 2 of the podcast!
We ran into some technical snafus when we initially closed our guest nomination period and opened up our guest voting period on Tuesday of this week, but all of that has since been resolved. We then re-launched our guest voting period yesterday and are well on our way to selecting our podcast lineup for Season 2. In many ways, the last few weeks have been a big crash course on DAO tooling for us, and we’re grateful for the learnings.
If you hold a Podcaster NFT, which looks like the image below, you are eligible to vote for our next season of podcast guests.
Voting is taking place right now on Snapshot. You have until Tuesday, May 17 at 10am PT to vote, but why wait til the last minute? This is probably going to be as fun of a weekend activity as anything else you’ll come up with.
We currently have 5 nominees tied for first place:
Kseniya and Nichanan (Meta Gamma Delta DAO), nominated by Zayi Reyes
Katherine Wu (Archetype, CCI), nominated by Diana Chen
Scott Moore (Gitcoin), nominated by Diana Chen
Meltem Demirors (CoinShares), nominated by
We’re only about 24 hours into voting, so a lot can still change, but this is a super solid preliminary leaderboard of guests.
You can check out all 41 proposals here and vote (if you’re a Podcaster NFT holder) or join our Discord to convince those with voting power to vote for your favorite guests!
Last week we announced that Season 2 of Rehash: A Web3 Podcast will be launching on Tuesday, May 24 with new episodes released every Tuesday and Thursday. We’re still on track with this schedule and will be releasing a Season 2 trailer episode next Thursday, May 19 with a sneak preview of what’s to come.

We will be holding weekly community calls with our token holders every Tuesday at 12pm PT / 3pm ET in our Discord server. This week we talked about Rehash’s long term vision, how to solve visibility issues with web3 101 content, and membership requirements moving forward.
