This week flew by, perhaps because I was in San Francisco for the second half of the week for The Graph Day. I moderated a panel on community that you can check out here. Otherwise, it was business as usual at Rehash DAO, and we’ll share some of the highlights below.

Keeping with our Tuesday/Thursday podcast release schedule, we published two new episodes this week featuring conversations with Gary Sheng from Dream DAO and Civics Unplugged and Dayo Adeosun from Glass Protocol.

Gary is the founder of Dream DAO and Civics Unplugged and is passionate about applying regenerative models to web3. He talks about what “regen” means to him, why inclusivity in web3 is important, what a solarpunk future looks like, and why he believes gen z can make the largest impact on web3.

This was an exciting episode for us as we’re preparing to mint our Season 2 podcast episodes as NFTs on Glass, a video NFT platform created by Dayo, Varun, and Sam.

In this episode, Dayo explains some of the problems with the web2 creator economy and how web3, and Glass in particular, is offering an alternative.

Last week, we officially kicked off three new workstreams: membership, governance, and podcast. These workstreams are accessible (read & write) to NFT holders on Discord and viewable (read only) by the public.

This week, we’ve been focused on working through some of the questions we posed last week, especially with regards to membership. One question we’ve heard from you the most is with regards to contribution.

For our existing NFT holders, the two main ways you can contribute today are:

• Promotion - creating summary threads, RTing, posting on reddit, creating their own promo audio/video clips, pulling quotes from episodes, "good Twitter shilling", leading Discord discussions, etc. to get more people talking about Rehash

• Process - helping us nail down our governance and org structure, document processes, and stay organized

For people who missed our crowdfund and want to contribute, we’ll be releasing a typeform in the next week that you can fill out to get onboarded to Rehash DAO.
