First of all, people should have their own home.
Resource monopoly and inflation have led to soaring prices including house prices and rents. The rents have risen by more than 30% and far beyond the salary growth ratio. Incorrect housing policies have caused people to lose their normal life due to the rent. People become a tool for capitalists to repay loans.
High rents make people poor and even homeless. The right of habitation is a basic human right. It is a justice to help those who cannot afford the rent to construct their own homes. To achieve this, RightDAO will lead people to construct their own homes and defend their rights!
1.RightDAO Fund Raising Management
(1)60% of the funds raised by RightDAO will be used to purchase core meta-universe lands, establish the People Homeland Community. The community is people’s self-management, and provide people with affordable housing and living facilities. The rent will be determined by voting. People Homeland will randomly select 100 donors and they will get permanent residence in the community. The land belongs to all donors, and is jointly held through smart contracts. The community operates together to share the benefits.
(2)25% of the funds raised by RightDAO will be donated to foundations for the homeless around the world. Donation lists and proportion will be decided by voting.
(3)15% of the funds raised by RightDAO will be held by the RightDAO Foundation for community investment and liquidity replenishment.
2.People Homeland operation and Commercial Management
The land and operating income are owned by the community. The community share the land appreciation and the operating income.
RightDAO and the donated homeless foundation will jointly issue a People HOME NFT, of which 10% will be donated to people who have made great contributions to the community, while the remaining 90% will be sold and the income will be shared by the community.
People's Homeland commercial facilities will allow people to have a high-quality community life through investment attraction, which including education, medical care, leisure and entertainments. The rental and advertising revenue will be shared by the community.
(1)50% of the operating income will be used to invest in community projects, expand people's homes, improve community facilities, and provide home for more people.
(2)50% of the operating income will be donated to foundations for the homeless around the world. Donation lists and proportion will be decided by voting.
