The team is conducting exploratory data analysis of Arbitrum’s general chat on Discord to understand:
How community members interact
What moderation or intervention looks like
How these dynamics have changed over time
The usefulness of LLMs compared to other machine learning tools
CONTRIBO has defined several hypotheses based on insights gathered from interviews with engineering managers, talent acquisition professionals, and HR personnel. The team is now developing a strategy to systematically test these hypotheses.
Key hypotheses include:
Users prefer instant job matches over browsing job boards
The quality of matches is more important than the quantity
Users are willing to connect their GitHub/LinkedIn accounts to get better matches
