Q: I bought a parser, but did the system give me one less?

A: If you have already used a parser, please check if you have unlocked the character 'Leiqier'. Leiqier needs two parsers to unlock it.

Q: I purchased a parser, but I haven't received the invoice yet.

A: You can try restarting the game to unlock it again, and the system will automatically replenish the order. If automatic replenishment is not possible, please enter the official QQ group 764427318 to contact management for assistance.

Q: Why did the main storyline give me a character and I can't find it?

A: The mainline IO provides a data body that can be used for consciousness training inheritance, not a prototype body.

Q: During the game, the camera will move up and the character will only display one head?

A: Please try exiting the game main menu and re entering (without losing progress) to temporarily resolve the display issue. This method can also solve some other display anomalies.

Q: My controller buttons are messy.

A: The controller currently only supports combat scenarios, and using the controller for other interactions may cause issues. In addition, we have also received reports of poor compatibility between some brands and models and the game. We will conduct targeted optimization in the future.

Q: I am on the third floor B Unable to find channel Avatar at location C

A: At present, we have identified that devices using PowerVR GPUs may encounter UI rendering errors, such as certain devices equipped with specific MediaTek chips (such as Dimensity 930, Dimensity 7020, Helio P90, Helio P95, etc.). We will address this issue in a targeted manner, and if you encounter such problems, you can temporarily switch to other devices for gameplay if conditions permit. Some Mali GPUs may have black background blocks in specific scenarios, which can be eliminated by adjusting the screen settings to medium or above or using the on/off menu.

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A: The iOS version supports account logout and deletion through the fourth button in the upper right corner of the main interface. Please note that the cancellation confirmation will take effect immediately, and the relevant phone number cannot be used for game registration anymore. The Android version currently does not support game account cancellation and deletion.
