We are so back. Join us again on Thursday, 23 May 2024 along the iconic Berlin Spree for Safe{Con}2 at venue Spindler & Klatt as we reboot a gathering of web3’s giga-brain developers aiming to onboard 1 Billion Owners.
We’re looking forward to spending an exciting day of talks, panel discussions, announcements, side quest activities and more that we have prepared with the community!
Safe{Con} is Safe’s flagship smart account conference aiming to bridge gaps and accelerate the transition to smart accounts and self-custodial solutions for ownership.
This year, ownership takes centerstage. In fact, it never left. We are representing new paradigms in digital asset ownership – from new hybrid custody models to AI and identity – connecting the web3 lego pieces together in the aim to onboard 1 Billion Owners to Web3.
Confirmed speakers include Illia Polosukhin, Co-founder of NEAR Protocol, Stefan George, Co-founder of Gnosis Chain, and of course Safe’s own Lukas Schor.
An encore of last year, Safe{Con}2 will find its home again at Spindler & Klatt, an accessible location within walking distance to the centrally located Ostbahnhof, with the spectacular Berlin Spree as its scenic backdrop.
The multi-functional space with room for workshops, a main conference stage, and other activations will again be host to our curated programming including partner booths, dedicated developer space, meeting zones, and more.
Our first-ever Safe{Con} in 2023 exceeded our expectations with some 650 participants flowing in on a sunny Sunday during the Berlin Blockchain Week. We had the delight to host over 25 conference speakers such as punk6529 and Sandeep Nailwal of Polygon among many more of our ecosystem partners and friends from projects such as Pimlico, Fileverse, Gnosis Chain, ENS, Monerium to name a few.
From inspiring conference talks to spicy panel discussions, participants were immersed in IRL conversations on the next wave of smart account adoption, while enjoying the freeflow of gelato ice cream, thanks to Gelato network! Other highlights include a dedicated developer lounge, a UX booth and of course, limited edition merch!
