here's how i get on the whitelist forevery nft project
without spending hours on twitter and in discord.
I am talking about FIVE methods that are actually completely different and have worked for me on various occasions in different NFT projects so it's worth sticking around to read all of them. For those of you that don't know a whitelist is a list of individuals that are guaranteed to mint in an nft project. If you want any chance of profiting from NFT’S you're almost have to get on this whitelist
chain analysis did a very interesting report on this and they reported that users that make the whitelist and later sell their nft make a profit 75.7 percent of the time and in contrast those who don't only profit twenty point eight percent of the time that makes you four times as likely to profit if you get on the whitelist and
you can avoid the gas war of bidding against other people to get a mint that can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars and even at that you're not guaranteed to mint the NFT even after spending that money as always
ITS ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PROVIDING VALUES
Make sure your twitter and your discord are linked in the sense that the profile picture you have for twitter is the same as the profile picture you have for discord and similar with the username this is so so important because we're going to be using both twitter and discord and handle the second thing before we get started and it's a bit more general is that you have to realize that the people who are choosing these weightless spots are also people and you need to ask yourself if you were one of these persons vips what would you like to see somebody else do and if it was me i would like someone to show their passion for the project and you will be rewarded because they want people to be passionate about their projects because they're more likely to tell other people about the project and let it grow it might be obvious but it needs to be said okay
method
1} Discord community engagement
→ Discord community engagement now every nft project is different and you can find specifications for what can get you on a white list in the discord channel itself but generally it's given to people that are properly and that are really engaging with the community in a genuine way and there can be a bit of work involved in this
I'm talking about writing paragraphs replying to people helping people welcoming people saying good morning to people as cringy as that is when the founders look up your discord profile they can see all of the messages you send in and it's pretty easy to see if someone's being genuine or not and be clever about this take a look at the amount of people that are currently on the discord channel and how many people are writing messages every five seconds five minutes or five days if there's a message coming in every second on 20 channels it's going to be very very hard to segregate yourself so make sure that you're prepared to put in the work if it's that competitive to get away at the spot now here's a trick that i have used and has worked quite
well if you don't have time to do it which most people don't use fiverr or upwork hire someone pay them a small hourly fee to engage on your behalf now this tends to be quite a controversial one but the way that i see it is that if the person that you're getting to write on your behalf is genuinely adding to the community and engaging with it in a respectful and a genuine way

→ So these are the two platforms that nft projects will use they'll use twitter and they'll use discord
What you really need to do is select a few NFT projects that you like and separate yourself best way to do this is to write interesting threads about the project really good threads that might actually get a bit of traction explain their story talk about the project it works really really well position yourself as an expert in the nft field give an unbiased view of the project
talk about why it's good hopefully get some attention from the founders of the project they'll see that you have a valued opinion in the world and they'll want to reward you and again if you don't have time or if you struggle to write like i do go on to a freelancer site get them to write 10 twitter treads about the project get them to do a bit of research on it and post one every day for 10 days that will 100 GENERATE the attention of the project and it will put you in a better position to get a weightless spot and because you got it done in the first place why not put them on discord.
Another thing in twitter that's worked probably the best for me of all of the methods i'm going to talk about engaging in the Twitter spaces now in case you don't know twitter spaces are basically when a group of people come together on twitter and they just chat and most projects will have some sort of a daily twitter space in which they talk about the project and they get to know the community so
what i'd say to do is get in there ask questions make yourself memorable because remember your voice is going to be much more memorable than a message you put in the discord channel or a tweet that you might put up say who you are talk about your background talk about the project and how good it is now again this is sort of time consuming but you can be clever about it make sure you're one of the first people to get on there and chat.
It's a really good investment now this one is the hardest one to actually get away at the spot with but enter the competitions look if you're not in it you can't win it so you may as well throw your name into the hat.
3} Fan art
→ Works so so well this is where you create art based off the project and you post it into the chat or discord channel and you do it off your own back basically and this always garners the attention of the project founders because it's showing your passion for the project and that's what they're really looking for they're looking for something to differentiate those that are really committed to the project and its long-term value
Now if you're a talented artist good for you you lucky bastard but if you struggle to draw a stick man like me just go on to some freelancer site like fiverr off work put a budget of five or ten dollars for someone to draw a design for you give them a brief description let their imaginations go wild get it back a day later post it into the chat
4} Previous NFT projects
→ The team or that the founders have done now this doesn't apply all of the time but if the creators have had nft projects in the past they will reward those owners with whitelist spots for their future projects
an example of this is clonex from artifact studios where they already released some nft projects in the past and the owners of these projects were rewarded a whitelist spot as a thank you for supporting their work and that would have been a very fruitful one to get because these nfts are going for for loads right now method
5} Get early NFT project
is to get in early to the NFT project the reason is is because when you find an nft project in its early days they want to incentivize their new members to talk about the project and to do that they reward them with whitelist spots and you can do this by searching on twitter searching on discord on youtube for projects that people are talking about in its early stages there's a couple of good websites here that i'll throw here too even if you spend five minutes every day looking for new projects you might find 50 projects you might get on the white list for five of them and you might profit fifty grand happy days
