If you’re like me (or like most people in general)
You live inside your head—90% of the time 🧠.
And that could mean anxiety… rapid thoughts… overanalyzing… or intellectualizing everything.
You forget that you also have a body (which is basically 90% of you).
Two years ago, I read this incredible book by Martha Beck called The Way of Integrity, and during one of the exercises, she asked…
“How does your big toe feel?”
And I was like… “Oh wow, I’ve never even thought about that.”
And it got me soooo out of my head. Straight into reality. The here and now 🌱.
I wanted to share this question with you because whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed or just “not here,” ask yourself, How does my big toe feel?
And really feel it. Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Does it like your sock?
Does it have socks at all?
Really try to figure that out, because I promise you, you will get out of all of your worries, all your imaginary awful future.
So, I hope that helps you get into your body and out of your mind this week.
Life Update:
Business: I have been working so much—omg. I haven’t had a day off in three weeks, and it’s been overwhelming with too many things to do. This is when I need to stop and really go deep. I don’t like shallow work of 1,000 things on my to-do list, which is exactly what I want to make other entrepreneurs do too.
Go deep—that’s where they find diamonds.

Personal Life: I have been very connected to a small number of people around me. Extremely vulnerable—been sharing all my fears, worries, stress, cried some, and laughed too.
Haven’t been on social media because I needed to attend to myself first—and also not share the hard stuff online, because vulnerability isn’t sharing your pain online.
Vulnerability is being able to share the hard stuff with people face-to-face.
That’s what I’ve been doing (and yes, it’s been hard as hell).
I hope this email was of value - and I hope you get an incredible weekend.
And whatever you’re in right now—whether it’s "the best time of your life", or “an ok time of your life,” or “the worst time of your life”—please remember that you’re human, and you need nature and connection.
🌳 Get outside, look at a bird, a tree, and talk to your mom.
I promise you—that’s the way.
