Why does moisture form in the double panes?
Former thermope panes and today's insulating glass panes only have a limited lifespan.
Hairline cracks can occur between the two panes of glass and the spacer due to thermal stress, material fatigue or installation errors. This leak allows moisture and dirt to get between the double glazing.
The drying granules in the window spacer can no longer absorb the moisture, the moisture content between the window panes suddenly increases from 1-2% to up to 100%.
Initially, condensation forms between the window panes, initially only under certain weather conditions, for example in strong sunlight, and later permanently.
Over time, a gray haze, dirt and deposits in the form of dots, stains and streaks can be seen in the windows. The thermope glazing becomes blind.
Our solution is insulating glass renovation.
With our insulating glass renovation, we can refurbish or repair the majority of all blind fogged panes or windows without glass replacement and without removing the insulating glass - directly on site - from the outside, i.e. no dirt in your apartment/office.
Our insulating glass renovation offers you multiple benefits.
The heat-insulating function of your insulating glass panes is retained.
The special dust filter ensures that condensation water (condensate) is released into the outside air.
No impairment of the sound insulation values.
No additional costs, e.g. painting the windows, replacing the glazing beads, etc.
No dirt and grime in your apartment / office (all work is mainly carried out from the outside).
environmentally friendly, glass waste is avoided, energy and raw materials are saved
