For any Media Pass Holders, join our Discord and verify via Vulcan to hear the third episode of CURAT3D with photographer MEESH, hosted by our Director of Media, Boona! The episode will be available on all platforms soon!
“I just kind of became obsessed with it (NFTs),I started diving into it and I spent every hour that I could just learning about the space, learning about everything. I’m not a very tech savvy person at all but I was asking my friends questions and I just realised that everybody was so open and willing to share in the community. And I just felt, this is place I wanna be, this is really cool.” - MEESH, SHILLR CURAT3D Podcast, Episode 3.

VAULT3D is a series of conversations with early contributors of the Web3 space from the SHILLR archives, dating back to 2021. These stories are important to us as they are a window into the history, evolution and insights of the early Web3 ecosystem.
Very soon, we roll out our very first episode of VAULT3D with none other than Mae aka eniosta.
Moving forward, we'll be dropping new episodes every Thursday. SHILLR Media Pass holders get early access to all episodes - hop in our server if you haven’t yet!

“To go from (being) someone who never talked about their emotions and their feelings, to sharing them with over 3000 people, it’s really taught me a lot about who I am and how to be more confident in who I am. Knowing that other people resonate with my difficulties and my struggles, but also the happier moments as well.” - Luca Ponsato, Why Art? w/ SHILLR.

1/ Space Case is an artist who creates abstract works through the combination of digital painting and analog materials. Space Case's art explores ideas like distraction, communication, technological dependencies & sleep deprivation, topics where words often fall short to describe.

2/ I vibe with Space Case's work because they elegantly visualize concepts that are often impossible to convey accurately through text. Their artistic process is also insane - Sleep Studies was created in periods just before sleep and after waking, generating incredible results.

3/ A great entry into Space Case's work is through 'Say Less'(OpenSea link). I see this piece as a commentary on the pitfalls of speech and the strengths of art, body language & non-verbal communication. Visuals can often be loud and clear.

4/ If I had unlimited ETH I would cop 'Influence' (Foundation link). It's comprised of marks representing each one of Space Case's followers on Twitter and will change over time with his follower count. A powerful statement on our dependency to social media.

5/ You should scope out Space Case's work because it's a glimpse into a distracted, yet brilliant mind. Space Case's catalogue is one in which you can get lost in, allowing you to view your personal experiences within his work & find your own meaning in the abstraction of ideas.

If you're interested in checking out other artists I've featured or would like to recommend someone I should look into, head over to the below thread. Thanks for reading! ☕️ ✨ 💚
