Beyond the Ledger: How AI Is Rewiring Trust in Crypto Accounting. By Jakub Sawczuk.
Introduction. “Accounting might not be where most expect AI to shine. But in the chaos of crypto, it’s precisely where trust is being reengineered.” At AEM Algorithm, we’re not just building tools; we’re reshaping how trust, autonomy, and compliance operate in the age of digital assets. Our work lies at the intersection of regulation, decentralization, and automation. And if the buzzword of the 2010s was transparency, the AI-driven 2020s are all about intelligent responsibility. The Problem w...

AI Blockchain and the Future of Healthcare. Article by Colm McCourt M.D.
The Future of Healthcare. I remember my first visit to the hospital; I must have been six or seven. Sitting upright on a bed in the emergency department looking at the Doctor holding a plain film of my neck and thorax up against a background light. Somewhere around my larynx was a dense, opaque and well circumscribed object consistent with a foreign body, aka the coin I had managed to swallow a few hours earlier. My mother looked horrified at the x-ray as the doctor explained how lucky I was ...

I hope you all had a good Christmas and are off to a great start in 2024. The beginning of a new year is a great time for many people to reconsider their beliefs and take a fresh look at emerging issues and technologies. In line with that, I am exploring new topics to potentially write about, including whether we are headed towards a world dominated by AI, common AI agent interactions, blockchain development and existence, Web3/Web5, the metaverse, and more. I’m not even mentioning hardware development or the sudden ubiquity of electric scooters flooding our streets.
It is beneficial to consider where we are headed as a society and what challenges we will face. Whether you like these technological advancements or not, they are happening and will inevitably affect us all sooner or later. Therefore, it is best to stay informed by reading and learning in order to develop your own independent and well-reasoned opinions, rather than ignoring these changes or relying solely on mass-distributed information.
We likely still have some degree of decentralised control and freedom to make our own choices in this increasingly technologically driven world. The quality of our choices depends on the depth of our knowledge and understanding of the current state of the world.
With that said, I wish you all a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2024. Let’s strive to stay knowledgeable together! As the saying goes, united we stand, divided we fall.
Warm regards,
