Amazon (AMZN.O) will join Microsoft and Google in the artificial intelligence race, announcing technology for its cloud customers, as well as a market for other companies' artificial intelligence tools. Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced two large language models, one for generating text and another that could help personalize web searches and more. Amazon says it doesn't plan to release chatbots like Microsoft and Google. Amazon's big language model, called Titan, is trained on vast amounts of text and is used to summarize content, write drafts of blog posts, or participate in open-ended question-and-answer sessions.
