Cardano's Layer 2 scaling solution Hydra has been launched on the mainnet. Cardano development team Input Output tweeted: “Hydra is a Layer 2 protocol designed to make Cardano more scalable and adaptable for a variety of use cases that require fast and cheap transactions. The first Hydra head recently Open on mainnet."
