What enterprise teams get in 2026
Less tool switching: planning + approvals + asset generation + outreach in one system
Faster turnaround: briefs in minutes, approvals in hours, not days
Role-based agents: A&R scouting, release ops checklists, marketing creative packs, exec reporting
Account memory + governance: shared context with permissions (who can see/do what)
We finally have enterprise partners. Since Oct 2024 we've been building Recoup to help make the music industry autonomous. In 2025 we moved from heavy investment mode to profitability earning two enterprise partners. Now that we have signal from paying partners, our goal is to focus on serving their needs to:
retain our existing partners
earn the business of new enterprise partners
One enterprise partner used Recoup to cut daily research from hours to minutes for A&R + marketing, standardizing briefs across the team and automating content publishing.
Let's briefly review what we delivered in 2025
Quarter 1 - Integrations with Agentkit, Stack.so, Langchain, ElizaOS. We also made a leadership transition in engineering.
Quarter 2 - Vercel AI SDK Integration. This was our slowest quarter. This was me understanding the codebase and making core architectural changes for a cleaner codebase. Sid also started his weekly outreach announcing new features.
Quarter 3 - Veerbal joined the team. We integrated AI Elements, YouTube sign in, Evals, Telegram, Email, Perplexity, Segments, AI Gateway, Pro Features (model select), Tasks and Credits. We also started refining the Create New Artist flow to create "wow" moments in Recoup's onboarding. This was the most productive quarter of 2025. It's also when we earned our first enterprise client.
Quarter 4 - Catalogs, Twilio, Trigger.dev, Google Sheets via Composio, x402. We started to build features focused on the needs of our paying partners. We also earned our second enterprise client.
Retention = Recoup becomes a weekly habit across roles, not a tool people visit once.
Our goal for 2026 is to retain and expand enterprise accounts and seats. What does that mean? We are focused on keeping our enterprise partners happy by delivering daily value loops for every role on the team. These enterprise teams want to continue scaling their record labels. Their employees are asking for increased budget to hire more team members. Executives are asking themselves how they can leverage AI to continue scaling without needing to increase headcount. Here's how we plan to accomplish our goal this year:
Quarter 1 - Email + SMS Clients.
Quarter 2 - Media Generation.
Quarter 3 - Label Services.
Quarter 4 - Build your own Label.
A&R, marketing, release management, and exec leadership should each have a default Recoup workflow
Let's break down the details of each:
Morning brief: priorities + campaign opportunities.
Weekly release pulse: what’s moving, what’s not.
Alerting: spikes, influencer mentions, playlist adds, content ideas.
Meet people where they are. So far, Recoup has really only existed as a web app. Whenever an artist wants to use Recoup, they visit the website at https://chat.recoupable.com and start a new chat. While this is familiar for artists who already use ChatGPT or Grok, it is not ideal for retention. We observed that web-only usage was low in 2025.

Artists and music label executives run their business on email. Artists are already familiar with making and taking booking opportunities via email. Music label employees show up at the office and the first thing they do is open their email. We can deliver Recoup directly into inboxes on a consistent basis and drastically reduce friction to engage. If Recoup's email and SMS presence add value consistently, we will build trust as a daily check-in point in enterprise label teams for finding and developing opportunities to grow their campaigns and careers.
Goal: make Recoup a daily habit.
Ships: daily brief, weekly release pulse, alerts, reply-to-act workflows.
Outcome: higher WAU/seat, faster action loops.
We’ll prioritize commercially safe outputs, repeatable templates, and team approvals.
Higgsfield helps storytellers produce high-quality, stylized content with true cinematic control. Artists and record labels need media assets for their next campaign. As we have worked with enterprise partners, we find that they use Higgsfield, in addition to Recoup. This creates a fractured workflow where campaign strategy and management are handled in Recoup while video generation happens in Higgsfield. In quarter 2, we will improve Recoup's media generation pipeline to be good enough for campaign work, tightly integrated with strategy and approvals.
In Q3 we’ll package our tools into role-based services (Research, Release Planning, Content Ops, CRM/Outreach) and expose them via API so enterprises can integrate Recoup into their internal systems.
For enterprises, this means standardized internal playbooks and reusable agents across teams; for artists and developers, it means a customizable stack.
A rising tide raises all ships. The current music industry is private and proprietary. You win and keep your secrets to yourself. We want to build a better music industry. We believe open templates, agent recipes, integrations and SDKs while keeping enterprise features secure and supported will ultimately accelerate the benefit artist intelligence will have on the trajectory of artists. It's taken us 15 months to build the current Recoup stack. Now, we’re productizing the stack.
Record labels pick and choose their favorite flavors of label services without increasing headcount.
Artists build the label they've always dreamed of without selling any rights to their art.
Developers build variations of this tech we didn't think of.
