From July 3rd to July 4th, the assets of a small number of users were liquidated at a price below the floor price. We have contacted all affected users and reimbursed them for the price difference. This happens due to the Dutch auction being run on the back end without showing the asset being auctioned on the front end. When liquidation is triggered, a successful purchase of an NFT will terminate the auction.
