Treasureland and Moonbeam teamed up to port Treasureland’s smart contract to Moonriver. Both teams share a multi-chain vision and strategy, which made this integration an easy fit. Now, Treasureland supports the Moonriver chain, which will allow Moonriver users to utilize Treasureland’s unique frictionless trading platform to buy, sell, auction, and mine NFTs.
Moonriver is an Ethereum-compatible smart contract platform in Kusama. Like its sister network, Moonbeam, Moonriver capabilities feature unmatched Ethereum compatibility that goes beyond basic EVM support, simplifying the process to build an application on Kusama. In only over two months after full launch, the Moonriver network has become the most active parachain in Kusama with over 9M transactions, 285k+ wallets and 2k+ ERC-20 tokens.
Treasureland integration with Moonriver will allow users to list, purchase, and trade Moonriver-based NFTs on one of the most widely-adopted NFT marketplaces. The deployment will bring Treasureland closer to becoming an NFT marketplace where collectors and creators can easily buy and launch NFTs at a lower fee and more speed than on the Ethereum mainnet. Both Treasureland and Moonriver’s developers will work closely to iron out complex technical details and ensure the transition goes smoothly.
