GM World of Web3,
Welcome to the team behind the future of gaming. Are you ready to meet a visionary leader who’s redefining the intersection of technology and gaming? Yes, its our very own Web3 Gentleman, Ken Anderson, the CTO and co-founder of Tashi Protocol.
Ken is not just a top-tier technologist; he’s a seasoned architect of the future. His journey began when he discovered the power of programming as a problem-solving tool.

During his military service in the US Army, Ken served in a human intelligence unit. His exceptional skills led to him being appointed as the head interrogator for his NATO region during deployment. Under his leadership, his Tactical Human Intelligence Team (THT) achieved unprecedented success. Ken's dedication earned him accolades, including the Army Commendation Medal and multiple Army Achievement Medals. Ken held both Secret and Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, reflecting his responsibility for handling classified information.
After eight years in the military, where he honed his leadership and management skills, Ken transitioned into the tech world, quickly ascending to the role of CTO. His early experiences laid the foundation for LaunchBadge, a software engineering company he co-founded, where he and his team tackled real-world problems with cutting-edge blockchain solutions.
Ken’s love for blockchain led him to Hedera, where he became the lead developer advocate, exploring consensus algorithms and eventually meeting his future Tashi co-founders. Together, they’ve built the Tashi consensus engine, a revolutionary technology that’s changing the face of Web3 gaming.
By reducing latency to just 30 milliseconds, Tashi ensures fair, fast gameplay without the need for centralized hosts or servers, bringing Web3 to the gaming industry in a way that traditional gamers can appreciate.
Ken’s passion for gaming, coupled with his technical expertise, has made Tashi a game-changer in the industry. From pioneering a decentralized physical infrastructure network for gaming to enabling seamless asset ownership and transfers across platforms, Ken is at the forefront of innovation.
To keep up with Ken follow him on X and learn some of his insights into the world of blockchain and gaming on the Tashi YouTube Channel.
