Last night stretched into early morning. We stayed up until 2 a.m. IST to watch the Patriots game, and it was absolutely worth it. Seeing the team back in full form was energizing in a way that caught me off guard. I’ve been enjoying this NFL season thoroughly, and the playoffs have brought back that familiar sense of momentum, focus, and belief clicking into place.
That energy carried into today. I found myself reflecting on leadership and turnaround, and feeling genuinely thankful for Mike Vrabel and what he’s brought to the Patriots. That gratitude landed in a tangible way too—I recently picked up my first major piece of sports memorabilia, a signed Vrabel jersey, now sitting quietly in the background of my stream. It feels like a small but meaningful marker of appreciation and timing.
Next week marks a return to routine, and I’m genuinely excited to get back into it. Fractals, consistent building, sharing progress, and opening up more space to talk about this trip with the community all feel aligned right now. After the travel, late nights, and time shifts, it feels good to know the rhythm is coming back into focus.
Today’s reminder from Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff is about spending a moment each day thinking of someone to thank. Gratitude has a way of stabilizing everything else. When it’s present, the noise quiets down. When it’s missing, even small things feel heavy. Taking a few seconds to acknowledge who and what you’re thankful for changes the tone of the entire day before it even starts.
Start with gratitude, and the rest tends to fall into place more easily.
