Last night’s fractal was a blast.
Thirteen of us in the building. Three fractal events at the same time. Not just talk but participation.
I’m genuinely appreciative of everyone who showed up. It takes effort to carve out time, to lean in, to think together. And you could feel that people weren’t just attending — they were contributing.
We’re moving. ZAO Fractal 88 is still open for anyone who wants in. If you’re serious about participating, send a message in general and we’ll set up a time with three others. Small groups. Focused conversations. That’s where the signal sharpens.
The energy today feels steady. Grateful, but also aware — building this kind of coordination isn’t automatic. It happens because people choose it.
Today’s mindful moment hit: surrender to the fact that life isn’t fair.
Nobody promised equal timing, equal resources, equal momentum. Some weeks we get 13 in the room. Other times it’s fewer. Some people have more capacity. Others are juggling ten things behind the scenes.
It’s not life’s job to balance the scales.
But it is ours to do the best we can with what we’ve got.
That shift — from “this should be different” to “this is the hand” — changes everything. It moves us from pity to responsibility. From complaint to creation.
We don’t build because it’s fair.
We build because it matters.
