ZM happy Thursday. Pulled a card from The Four Agreements deck over coffee and it smacked me right in the ego: “Communicate with Clarity.” The artwork is a lighthouse-headed dude blasting a beam across the water—exactly how it feels trying to steer a Web3 crew through late-night idea storms without wrecking on the rocks.
Here’s the reality: with so many projects moving at once, my thoughts can race ahead of my words. When that happens, the team ends up guessing instead of building. So today’s focus is simple—slow down, write it plainly, and make sure every message lands clean the first time.
Before you hit send, read your note once more. If a newcomer could follow it without extra backstory, you’re good. If not, trim the fluff, tighten the point, and try again. Then share one “clarity win” in #clarity-check so we can keep each other honest.

Working on too many things at once makes it easy to send unclear messages. But miscommunication slows down everything. Shared a quick reflection on simplifying and communicating better: paragraph.com/@thezao/year-of-the-zao-day-191 #ZAO
ZM Today’s drop is all about clarity. When we move fast, it’s easy to assume people “get it.” They don’t. Slowed down, cleaned up the comms, and things immediately moved smoother. paragraph.com/@thezao/year-of-the-zao-day-191 #ZAO
Today’s reminder from @zaal: "Communicate with Clarity." When navigating the fast-paced world of Web3, clear messages are crucial to team success. Before hitting send, ensure newcomers can easily understand the point without extra fluff. Share a 'clarity win’ to keep each other accountable!
