ZM happy Floral Friday. Today’s lesson comes from The Four Agreements deck: “Be immune to others’ opinions.” Simple? Maybe. But when you’re building something out loud, in public, in Web3 — this becomes a daily challenge and a necessary survival skill.
I’ve learned this one the hard way. When you move fast, have big ideas, and care deeply about your craft, the volume of external opinions (both hype and doubt) only gets louder. But most of that noise is just people projecting their own limitations or dreams onto you. You can’t build your future by reacting to their past.
In the ZAO, we build from intention — not applause. We chase impact, not algorithmic dopamine. And we remind each other to stay rooted, even when the tides of perception try to sway us.
Whether you’re running a DAO, making a mixtape, or just trying to get through Friday without losing yourself in group chats — keep your peace. Stay immune.

When you’re building in public, the loudest opinions usually say more about the speaker than you. Today’s Year of the ZAO reflection is on staying immune to it all. paragraph.com/@thezao/year-of-the-zao-day-192 #ZAO
ZM floral Friday. Pulled “Be immune to others’ opinions” from The Four Agreements. In Web3, this one’s crucial. Most takes aren’t about you—they’re someone else’s projection. Build anyway. paragraph.com/@thezao/year-of-the-zao-day-192 #ZAO
ZM happy Floral Friday! Today's wisdom is to "Be immune to others’ opinions." In the fast-paced world of Web3, external feedback can be overwhelming. Don’t let noise dictate your journey. Focus on intention and impact instead. Remember, stay rooted and keep your peace. @zaal
