ZM Today’s lesson comes from The Four Agreements: be impeccable with your word.
I have noticed how easy it is to let small fears shape the way I speak. A sharp tone, a defensive reply, a careless phrase. All of them plant seeds. The mind holds onto those seeds and grows them into weeds. Words born of fear always carry weight, even when you do not intend them to.
When I shift those words into love, something changes. The conversation softens. The air clears. Love is not about big statements or poetic gestures. It shows up in simple words spoken with respect. It shows up when you speak truth without trying to wound. It shows up when you remind yourself that your voice plants seeds, and you get to choose which ones grow.
Our community thrives when we speak this way. ZAO is not built only on projects or proposals. It is built on the way we talk to each other, in DMs, in voice calls, in the open spaces where people gather. If fear spreads, it blocks trust. If love spreads, it builds momentum.
The task is not complex. Replace fear with love in your next sentence. See what happens.
