ZM hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas. It’s Floral Friday and the energy feels soft in a good way — slower, present, grounded. Today I finally shared something I’ve been quietly building for a little over a week: https://zaoprojects.vercel.app/. It’s an attempt to make what we’re doing inside ZAO easier to see, easier to follow, and easier to hold each other accountable to.
ZAO is a live ecosystem of creators, communities, and tools. Track real progress across 10+ projects building infrastructure for independent artists.
The mindful moment today is simple: enjoy the present. Not as a slogan, but as a practice. Building this reminded me how easy it is to rush past what’s already working. So I added progress bars for each ZAO project, not to pressure outcomes, but to honor movement.
