TITLES & Lucky The Golden Goose
How my dad’s 1999 children’s book led to the future of creator-owned AI modelsAs an entrepreneur and someone building in consumer technology, I’m realizing that much of what you bring into the world is rooted in the ideas that were instilled in you as a kid. Each of us is led into the world by our parents who open doors for us with a slight push of encouragement, watching to see how far we walk in. Looking back, it’s clear now that my love for creativity, storytelling, and finance can be attr...

INTRODUCING TITLES
It’s 2016, I was working on my first startup and traveling around Oregon taking drone photos. I started to see many of my photos pop up across the web without mentioning me. The excitement eroded and in its place came frustration looking for credit, attribution, or pay. Shortly after, I started to learn about a network of media startups like Mediachain, Po.et, and Ujo leveraging Ethereum to build a more equitable media ecosystem. Little did we know that the core of these projects was a simple...

Forked Self: How Mr. Misang’s AI Model Explores a Different Creative Future
Mr. Misang is a Seoul-based illustrator and animator whose work explores the individual's position within the anonymous structures of contemporary life. His densely composed scenes depict crowds, cities, and bureaucratic systems not as backgrounds but as active forces—environments shaped by desire, routine, and infrastructural logic. Forked Self, Mr. Misang’s model with TITLES, is trained on two separate bodies of work—one more recent and one comprising pieces created between 2010 and 20...

Today we’re excited to launch the simplest way for any artist, IP holder, or creator to train and monetize their own custom AI models on TITLES. For the first time, artists can now take ownership and monetize their likeness through AI. With this launch, we’re also launching 3 new custom-trained models from Sierra Folashade, Chris Carella, and William M. Peaster. Here’s how it works and how to get access…

TITLES helps artists and IP holders define, own, and monetize their AI likeness. Our tooling helps artists create their own custom AI models that replicate their style. Artists can then share their models via TITLES where they maintain attribution and make money when they’re used by others. Artists make money through a cut of all proceeds from collections produced using their models.
First, login with your wallet on TITLES. You’ll see every collection you’ve made across platforms like SuperRare and Manifold. Choose a collection, then select the individual pieces of artwork from within the collection that you’d like to train your model on. Finally, give your model a name, description, and choose the type of training you’d like to perform (e.g. Aesthetic or Subject).

Once your model is trained, we make it easy for your to test it out before sharing it for others to create with. If you like how it performs, hit publish to share your model publicly. If not, you can easily retrain as many times as you'd like, for free.

Finally, after publishing anyone can start creating with it on TITLES. Your model will be available on both the TITLES mobile and web applications. In addition, you’ll have your own homepage for your model that you can share with others. The best part? You make money automatically on every collection made with your model and maintain attribution, onchain. Sign up to get access, here.

With this launch, we’re lucky enough to work with three talented artists who’ve been using AI in the practice everday. Each of these artists were given access to the tools, trained a model on their existing collections, and have launched them available for anyone else to use. We couldn’t be more stoked to have them as launch partners for this awesome new toolset on TITLES.
A model trained on intense and colorful outputs from WMP's work with AI through his collection ‘Stable Peasters’. Start creating with SPRY01 by WMP, here.

Otherwise known as Juujuumama, Sierra created her model on her colorful and thick brush stroke paintings. Start creating with P(AI)NTED, here.

One of Zora’s most collected creators, Chris Carella, trained his model on a new set of artwork styled with a vintage luxury vibe. Try out ‘Vintage Stories’ by Chris, here.

We’re so excited to see what you guys make these models. If you create anything, please share on Twitter, Farcaster, or Twitter and tag the artist + @titlesxyz. At TITLES, we're building a community-owned network of artist-trained models. If you're an artist, IP holder, or creator wanting to train your own model, you can get access on TITLES, here. If you have any questions or need support during this time you can easily reach us via our Telegram or Farcaster channel.
Much love,
