Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Lime juice (from 2-3 limes)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as dill or parsley)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each fillet is coated evenly. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.
5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if they have skin.
6. Grill the salmon for about 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
7. While grilling, baste the salmon occasionally with any remaining marinade for extra flavor.
8. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
9. Serve the grilled salmon with a drizzle of fresh lime juice and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
This recipe will give you a light and refreshing grilled salmon with a hint of lime. Enjoy!
