UNDRGRND believes in the artists we feature and we will purchase NFTs from each artist featured. Purchases will be airdropped to reward UNDRGRND community members.

Niark1 (aka Sébastien Feraut) combines scanned drawings, paintings, and retro magazines then sets them in looping motion in his DESTROYDESTROYDESTROY series. These mesmerizing colorful robotic creatures each have an individual personality and motivation to match the uniqueness of each creation. These beautiful pieces of art would be enough reason to appreciate Sébastien's talent, but the juxtaposition of destruction of other works to create a series titled DESTROYDESTROYDESTROY adds another layer making his work much more.

The story of my creation

Minta is creating something truly her own that literally captures her history in NFTs as she experiences it. What is created then is something so meta that it’s difficult to describe in words what is happening. From digital paintings that depict her transactions, to tweets that she she finds interesting, Minta's work captures the bizarre and surreal time we are all experiencing. Most likely she will even mint an NFT cataloging this moment as she appears in UNDRGRND. What makes her work truly unique is her clever wit is hard to match in this space.

Nilsu celebrates the female form in its entirety. Showing some of the most vulnerable moments in Bath Time. When no one should be watching the woman can let down her guard and provide some self-care. In Anatomy, Nilsu celebrates the internal anatomy of externally beautiful women. The celebration is more subtle in works like Nature in Your Hands and Chaos but is there if one takes the time to reflect.

Fariz’s photography would be enough to feature, however, Fariz had the wonderful idea to give his photography to extremely talented illustrators and let them add much more than a splash of color. Partnering with artists igamagi, Holakanola, Blackcatdead and UNDRGRND DIGS featured artist Smarahakim. The ability to connect and collaborate is an under-appreciated skill set in this space. Connecting with other artists to create something new is how a community is built.

One of the illustrators Fariz worked with is Oosborn. Oosborn’s illustrations would be enough to pay attention to with the intricate street style. What is interesting is that Oosborn has worked with multiple photographers to do something similar to what Fariz is doing with illustrators. Oosborn and Fariz leading the charge on collaboration and mashing these two art forms together embody the spirit of community.

Each UNDRGRND DIGS will feature artists our curators have purchased for the UNDRGRND Collection. UNDRGRND will airdrop pieces from our collection to community members via giveaways.
