Collections were launched on Uptick NFT just three weeks ago, and at that time it was mentioned ‘Folders’ were currently in the works. As promised, the folder function is now live on Uptick NFT!
For added convenience and to give users the ability to organize their NFTs in a more effective manor — users can now mint directly, and add previously minted NFTs into folders.
This is a collection of NFTs minted and managed on-chain. This cannot be modified after minting.
You must mint the collection first, and then mint a series of NFTs within this collection. Creating a collection is a prerequisite for creating NFTs.
Once the NFTs are minted, they are not transferable to other collections.
This is a platform folder tool for managing NFTs. The information is not submitted and stored on-chain.
You can add pre-existing NFTs, or directly mint to the folders. Please note: you will need to complete the creation of the folder first.
NFTs are transferable between different folders, but can only exist in one folder at a time.
Navigate to [My Creations] and switch to the ‘Folder’ tab. You can now enter the folder setup page by clicking the ‘Create Folder’ button on the right of the page.

Fill in the basic information of the folder, which should include:
Folder Name: Name of the folder (try to keep it simple)
**Cover Image: **Cover image of the folder that will be displayed in the listing.
Description: Brief introduction to the contents (try to be as engaging as possible)
Category: Classification of the folder, which will determine which category the folder is displayed in.
Folder URL: Customize your Folder URL (This will display in Uptick Web) Must only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
After you’ve made sure all of the information is correct, click [Submit] and input your wallet password to complete the creating of your Folder.

Once minted, you can find your Folder by switching to the ‘Folder’ filter in [My Profile]-[My Creations]
Note: Because these folders are not on-chain, the information can be modified. You can find the edit entry button at the top-right of the folder page.

Navigate to [My Creations] and switch to the ‘NFT’ tab, then press the ‘Add to Folder’ button, which will filter the available NFTs. Choose an NFT and press ‘Confirm’ to complete the operation.

The essence of the folder function is the aggregation of different NFTs, so NFTs in folders do not support batch listing. Please perform these listing operations one by one.

The folder page consists of two parts. The upper part of the page displays the folder information, and the lower part lists all of the items that are available for sale within the folder.

The NFT purchase process is exactly the same as before. After selecting your desired NFT, you can purchase it on the NFT details page. On the same page, you can also find out which folder the NFT belongs to, allowing you to browse works of the same series.

When your purchase is complete, you can find your newly acquired NFT in [My Profile]-[My Collections]. Manually switch the display filter to show the different NFTs or folders you own.

Users still have the ability to list their NFTs in folders in four different ways: Fixed Price, Timed Auction, Discounted Sale, and Exclusive Sale.

For the ‘Discounted Sale’ & ‘Exclusive Sale’ options, users can bind folder NFTs to one NFT, and set the following conditions:
**Holding One: **Users can receive the discounted price, or have the right to purchase the exclusive NFT if they hold any of the selected NFTs. (If you want to choose a certain NFT in the collection, press the expand arrow)
**Holding All: **Users can only receive the discounted price, or have the right to purchase the exclusive NFT if they hold all of the selected NFTs.
