We need to stay concentrate to be productive when doin trading and using apps, right? Otherwise, when we a exhausted we could make a lot of mistakes like missclicks e.t.c that could cost us a profit.

So i am sharing my routine before i approach a monitor.

1. Drink 500ml water after a wake-up and do a light warm-up exercises to feel a body tonus. It could be a stretch movements - they are my favourites.

2. Instead touching your phone - take your notebook and do some writing. Maybe a goals for today or a good-mood affirmations like "I can do everything on time" "Everything happens for my purpose" Its not a magic pill but kinda like a morning mood-boost works fine.

3. Take a balanced breakfast with carbs (like oatmeal), protein (eggs), fats (peanut butter) and fiber (kiwi or any fruit) + supplements (Vitamins e.t.c). Take a coffee, turn on your favourite music and ready to go!

To stay healthy isnt hard but a choice. Be fit and rich! :)
