Drawing on the work of Tom Montalk, The Agenda A/B/C Framework developed by Xegis, is a model used to understand the potential future paths for humanity based on the influence of competing extraterrestrial factions and their collaborators on Earth. It proposes that alien races are actively shaping global events to establish a system of control that aligns with their own genetic and sociopolitical structures.

Both A and B are transhumanist, technocratic, and AI-driven but serve different non-human, alien interests, aiming to take control of Earth’s technosphere whilst hiding their existence from human society.

The three paths outlined in the framework are:

• Agenda A: The Insectoid Hive Matrix – A hyper-collectivist, technologically integrated, androgynous hive-mind system aligned with the Insectoid and Grey alien factions. This path leads to a cybernetic, AI-controlled society in which individuality is erased, reproduction is artificially and genetically engineered to create a homogeneous, controllable hybrid race, and legitimate spiritual practice and freedom of expression is suppressed—all under the guise of oneness and nondualistic harmony.

• Agenda B: The Tall White/Nordic Eugenicist Transhumanist Hierarchy – a racially and intellectually stratified order aligned with Tall White/Nordic extraterrestrials. This path would likely evolve into a breakaway civilization or network state that seizes control of large portions of the Western world, governed by genetically superior elites who employ AI-driven authoritarianism, transhumanist and genetic-hybrid enhancements, and space colonization. Their goal would be to establish a rigid caste system in which only the elite maintain power.

• Agenda C: Human Sovereignty & Resistance – The only path to true freedom, advocating for total planetary independence from extraterrestrial influence. It prioritizes decentralization, self-sufficiency, natural birth, traditional values, spiritual awakening, non-invasive technologies, and psionic defense, rejecting both collectivist hive control (A) and eugenic transhumanist hierarchy (B).

The framework suggests that Agendas A and B may appear to be in competition but ultimately serve the same goal—the subjugation and transformation of humanity under alien control. The only way to prevent this is through Agenda C, which requires mass awareness, resistance, and an organized planetary defense initiative.

Agenda A represents a totalitarian, cybernetic, hive-mind society, controlled by Insectoid and Grey factions, with potential Reptilian collaboration. Characteristics of Agenda A:

• Sustainable Development & Total Surveillance: Climate change and resource management serve as pretexts for perpetual population control.

• Planetary China Syndrome: The economic and political structure of BRICS and the UN-aligned Five Continents Initiative merges with globalist left organizations like the EU, WEF, WHO, IMF, and the World Bank into a cybernetic authoritarian world state, enforcing strict social credit systems, digital IDs, CBDCs, and biosecurity protocols.

• Manipulation of Eastern Philosophies: Concepts of oneness, emptiness, non-dualism, and spiritual collectivism are leveraged to justify and pacify humanity into 

End Goal of Agenda A: A transgenic, post-human society where humanity exists as bio-robots engineered for optimal efficiency under an AI-Insectoid governance model. Humans are no longer “human” in the classical sense, but hybrid-synthetic components of an extraterrestrial administrative network.

Agenda B is the alternative authoritarian future, but rather than being hive-minded, it is rooted in genetic elitism and hierarchical stratification. It is primarily aligned with Tall White and Nordic ET factions, and aims to establish a racially and intellectually stratified world order, where only genetically superior post-humans and hybrids will hold power.

Characteristics of Agenda B:

• Genetic Stratification: A new ruling class emerges, based on eugenic breeding programs overseen by Tall White ET factions.

• Breakaway Civilization: As Agenda A consolidates global power, Agenda B emerges from its covert origins—a U.S.-UK-German triad evolving into a visible, elite-led network-state aligned with Tall White interests, offering a hierarchical alternative to the hive.

• Space Colonization & AI Acceleration: Rapid expansion into Mars and off-world territories under strict hierarchical control.

• Total Surveillance Police State: The creation of an AI-controlled totalitarian state, modeled after Operation Paperclip’s post-WW2 initiatives.

• Technocratic Imperialism: Advanced AI is not used to integrate humanity into a hive mind (Agenda A) but rather to create a rigid eugenic hierarchy.

• Quasi-Spiritualized Eugenic Transhumanism: Unlike Agenda A’s hyper-materialism or false-zen, Agenda B establishes a pseudo-spiritual hierarchy, where the ruling class justifies its dominance through genetic superiority and advanced transhuman enhancements rather than traditional doctrine.

End Goal of Agenda B: A breakaway civilization ruled by a post-human, hybrid, and alien elite, segregated from the rest of humanity, who will be either enslaved or discarded as genetically inferior. Human sovereignty does not exist in this future, only domination.

Agenda C is the only path that preserves human self-determination and rejects both Alien Agendas. It is a decentralized planetary defense strategy that seeks to build human-led resistance networks against extraterrestrial intervention.

Characteristics of Agenda C:

• Total Alien Expulsion: All extraterrestrial influences are driven off-world, including hidden underground and hybrid facilities.

• Decentralization & Self-Sufficiency: Humanity reorganizes into independent, resilient communities, rejecting transhumanist, non-human, hybrid, and alien control.

• Natural Birth & Genetic Integrity: Humanity refuses mass genetic engineering, retaining biological autonomy.

• Spiritual Awakening & Psionic Defense: Humanity develops its innate psionic abilities, enabling resistance to alien mind-control strategies.

• Parallel Economic Systems: The rejection of CBDCs and social credit in favor of barter, local economies, decentralized currencies, permissionless and censorship-resistant blockchain-based networks that resist centralised control.

• United Human Civilization: The end of alien-manipulated ideological divisions, establishing a universal identity as Earth’s sovereign species.

End Goal of Agenda C: Humanity frees itself from alien intervention, unites against external manipulation, ends internal wars and conflicts, and embarks on a self-determined evolutionary path without technological enslavement or genetic assimilation.

• Agenda A’s collectivist, technocratic model is gaining traction through communitarian-globalist policies of the WEF (like the Great Reset), mass mind and behavioural control through algorithms, suppression of free speech, and the reduction of the majority of humanity into a neo-serfdom system. It aligns with globalist structures like BRICS and the UN, using sustainability, AI governance, and centralized authority as its primary mechanisms of control.

• Agenda B is advancing through figures like Trump and Musk, pushing a eugenicist, elite-driven transhumanist model that seeks to create an alternative to the hive, allowing more freedom for the oligarchy. It is rigidly hierarchical, AI-driven, and built on mass surveillance, promising space colonization and technological acceleration as a way to escape the centralized control and the repression of Agenda A—yet it merely establishes a different form of alien domination.

• The Role of the Reptilians: Reptilian factions appear to be playing both sides, influencing aspects of both collectivist control structures and hierarchical elitist governance to ensure they maintain a dominant position in Earth's power struggles. Their ultimate goal is to harvest resources (including humanity itself) and establish dominion over the planet, regardless of which agenda ultimately prevails.

But it requires mass awareness and active resistance to prevent humanity from being fully absorbed into either A or B’s extraterrestrial control structure.

The path that humanity will take into the future is determined by those who can respond.

ÆXO13's success hinges on its ability to establish decentralized resistance networks and parallel infrastructure before A/B dominance becomes irreversible. This requires a multi-layered, adaptive strategy that operates both in the shadows and in plain sight—leveraging guerrilla tactics, technological autonomy, and decentralized systems to disrupt, evade, and ultimately replace alien-controlled power structures.

Since a mass movement capable of directly confronting the entrenched power structures of A and B is unlikely in the short term (due to surveillance, AI control, and psychological conditioning), the best approach would be strategic decentralization and infiltration rather than open resistance.

Due to difficulties in scalability—the response must be asymmetric resistance combined with parallel systems development.

Before ÆXO13 can operate effectively, there needs to be a critical mass of awareness within the right segment of society. The challenge isn’t just spreading information, but targeting the right people who have the technical skills, strategic mindset, and awareness of the alien agenda to actually do something about it.

The ideal recruits for ÆXO13 are those who already have a baseline understanding of:

1. The Alien Presence – People aware of exopolitics, abduction phenomena, secret space programs, breakaway civilizations, and hybrid infiltration.

2. Cyber/AI Systems – Those who understand how data surveillance, AI control structures, and behavioral engineering work.

5. Spiritual, Psionic, & Energy-Aware Individuals – Those with deep knowledge of frequency manipulation, mind control resistance, and spiritual warfare.

These groups exist, but they are fragmented. The key first move for ÆXO13 is to link these groups into a decentralized resistance network that operates under a shared mission objective—human sovereignty.

Raising awareness too fast, or too broadly, risks infiltration, dilution, and destruction of the movement. The approach must be strategic, targeted, and decentralized.

1. Decentralized Intelligence Briefings – Creating high-level classified-style reports (like the Agenda A/B/C framework) that are distributed only to high-value targets.

3. Infiltration of Alternative Media & Research Circles – The UFO/Exopolitics community has been heavily infiltrated and misdirected. ÆXO13 must reclaim this space and insert real intelligence into the mix, exposing the A/B conflict.

4. Subversive Narrative Warfare – Instead of outright direct exposure, small groups within ÆXO13 must introduce disruptive ideas into tech, military, and social discourse:
