议事堂进展汇报：

Progress on XRC Council

为了加快议事堂的落地，我们决定以这样的形式组建议事堂：

In order to speed up the establishment of the Council, we decided to set up the Council in the following form:

一部分成员由项目方指定（已有14名成员）；

A portion of the members are appointed by XRC team (there are already 14 members).

一部分成员由社区成员推荐或自荐，再经现有成员投票表决；

A portion of the membership is recommended by the community members or self-nominated and then will be voted on by existing members.

定期调整议事堂成员，调整细则待定；

There will be periodic and flexible adjustment of XRC Council members, the rules of which are under discussion.

Our discussion revolved around the issues raised by Hugo regarding consensus and led to the following conclusions.

共识是什么？What is the consensus of XRC?

XRC品牌的关键词、团队和社区的共同目标。

Key words for the XRC brand, common goals for the team and the community.

为什么需要共识？Why is consensus needed?

有共识社区club才有凝聚力，才能引入新的流量；

Ony with consensus, a community or a club can be cohesive and more exposure can be brought in.

在未来政策可能放开的情况下，XRC在有共识的基础上深耕积累，才有可能最先跑出来。

In the future, when the policy may be liberalized, XRC is likely to be the first to stand out with a consensus based on its first exploration and accumulation in Web3.

要达成共识需要怎么做？How to reach consensus?

先放消息再做事：通过议事堂，至少让一些社区的核心成员提前了解团队接下来做事的方向和部署；

Putting out the news before doing anything: To make what the team will do next available to some of the core members of the community in advance through the Council mechanism.

Founder@yishuihan 多和社区沟通，避免形成项目方和社区的对立。

Founder@yishuihan should communicate more with the community.
