Hi everyone Idris here again
I’ve been in the crypto space for about a year now & I’ve been privileged to working with some amazing people learning a lot of things from them & also learning from my mistakes. As Volatile, competitive & unpredictable the crypto-space is, I still want to be here as It has provided me with a lot of opportunities I couldn’t find elsewhere, this is not to say that there aren’t opportunities in other places but this space has by far given me what I wanted, I don’t want to leave anytime soon as there is still a lot to be done. Although it seems like the barrier to entry is low but it’s quite the opposite as there are a lot of people competing for community roles that require experience & particular set of skills to be able to pivot in the role.
From my perspective, community management will be become a High-demand job in the future as Ai is beginning to take some roles, this will give community managers the opportunity to perform different task that normally used to be a whole teams responsibility. So I’m looking forward to what the future has in stall for people who actually want to grow & learn Community management.
