When all the bids are submitted, they are sorted highest to lowest and tokens are awarded to the highest bidders first
Everyone gets the same clearing price as the lowest successful bidder
So if you overbid, you get a cheaper price and bonus tokens
If you underbid, you don’t get any tokens but you get all your money back
