If you reached an agreement, Zofuku creates a multi-signature wallet for real estate transaction. The multisig wallet owners are buyer, seller, Zofuku and lawyer.
Buyer pays the price of property to the multisig wallet.
Buyer & seller prepare necessary documents. Lawyer informs you.
Buyer, seller, Zofuku and lawyer held online meeting. Buyer & seller sign a sale contract with EthSign (or DocuSign).
2 of 4 signatures need to transfer the price to seller wallet.

After the lawyer confirmed payment transaction, buyer receives the property’s key.
The lawyer starts proceeding of transferring title ownership.
Zofuku or the lawyer inform you after transferring is finished.
“Private View Ticket NFT” is the right to go for private view online. Purchasing an NFT does not make sure the transfer of title ownership or the purchase of a property. The application form for online private view can only be accessed by “Private View Ticket NFT” holders. The NFT price is calculated at 1% of the suggested selling price.
If you don’t buy the property, we refund payment of NFT without OpenSea fee and Gas fee. When we refund, the “Private View Ticket NFT”’s metadata is changed to “Thank-you NFT”.
Using a public blockchain, a third-party lawyer can see the on-chian transaction data. At the time of payment, in addition to the buyer and seller, a lawyer also participate in the online meeting. After confirming that the transaction was successful and the seller receive the funds, the lawyer will process the registration of transfer of ownership.
We support USDC, USDT and ETH. Please choose from Ethereum or Polygon as the network for creating multisig wallets. Please contact us for other chains and currencies., but we don’t necessarily guarantee that be able to handle it.

Price fluctuations at the time of settlement depend on the currency received by the seller. Therefore, we recommend payment with stablecoin like USDC & USDT.

If you want to convert to Japanese Yen, please sell the crypto assets by yourself.
