Hey Zylers!
After the last article, there were so many words of support — and for that, thank you so much. When you work on something big day after day, sometimes a single kind phrase is enough to recharge you completely. For me, it works about the same way adrenaline works on Jason Statham in Crank.
Last time, I ended with a thought: the internet contains both good and bad. Psychologists have found that people are about ten times more likely to share negative feedback than positive. Apparently, we’ve collectively decided that “good” should always be the default. If you do something well — should anyone even thank you for it? But if you do something poorly, then it’s time to pound on your phone or keyboard until the veins pop out on your forehead.
Over the past ten years, we’ve had both highs and lows. And there have always been both positive and not-so-positive reviews. When everything is going well, it’s hard for anything to really shake you. But when you’re facing serious problems, negative comments can feel like being hit over the head with an oar while you’re drowning.
At the same time, there will always be people who support you no matter what happens. In the end, we overcome challenges and celebrate successes together.
There was one case that completely changed my approach to work. Around the fourth year of intrade.bar, many brokers in the CIS market started collapsing and leaving the field. Clients were looking for new platforms and came to us. Our broker is very different from others, and much of the negativity from new clients came simply from not wanting to accept something new.
There were just as many — or even more — people supporting us. But for some reason, I didn’t really perceive that support. This went on for about two months. I was so exhausted by the constant, baseless negativity that I was seriously ready to quit everything.
In one social network, I had been communicating with one of our clients for a long time. We never spoke like a “company representative” and a “customer.” We spoke like good acquaintances. One day, I told him I was thinking about leaving because I was morally drained. He suggested that I publicly take every accusation and push my counterarguments to the point of absurdity. That way, I would achieve two things:
Show once again how ridiculous and unfounded the claims were
Remind myself that we were actually doing everything right
So I did it. I wrote down several accusations and responded to them. For example:
“Yes, intrade.bar manipulates quotes. We created a quote verification section on our website that mirrors data from the international liquidity provider FXCM. These quotes are also identical to the widget from the largest analytical service, TradingView. But… when Vladimir from Moscow opens a $3 trade, we immediately call FXCM and urgently ask them to move the market against him!”
I hope you understand how absurd those claims sounded.
Because of that case, many negatively minded clients — who simply hadn’t understood the product at first — stayed with us for years. Some of them now actively defend our projects themselves. One person with a positive mindset managed to “heal” thousands with negativity.
And it’s incredibly powerful to see how a large group of people who truly care about CosmoFox is forming right now.
A few days ago, I watched a situation unfold where a user claimed he hadn’t received his reward for activity and called our entire project a scam. But another community member didn’t hesitate — he dug up the transaction details in the chat and showed the blockchain proof. How cool is that? 100%. The story ended with our community manager, Max, showing that the dissatisfied user had simply entered the wrong address.
You’ve probably noticed how angry the world has become. There’s a lot of bitterness around us. And when you’re inside all of this, it’s sometimes hard to keep your own perspective and not get pulled into the general negativity toward everything.
Thank you for always supporting us. You are a rare species on planet Earth. It’s a huge honor for us to build projects for people like you.
You’re the best.

How Boredom Turned Into a Token — and a Whole Ecosystem
Boredom. Real boredom. The kind where there’s literally nothing to fix, nothing to patch, nothing screaming for attention

My Coming Out
You spend decades doing truly awful things, and then you become a congressman, a governor, or even the president of a country. Nobody will say a bad word about you. And only twenty years later people learn about you from letters to Epstein.

Love this. Turning accusations into proof and seeing the community step up with facts is how real trust gets built.
You turned negativity into strength, built trust through transparency, and inspired a loyal community that now stands up for you.
This is powerful and real. It’s easy to forget how loud negativity can get — especially when you’re building something meaningful. But the fact that you stayed, adapted, and turned criticism into clarity says everything. Strong communities aren’t built in silence — they’re built in moments like these. Respect for pushing through and for trusting the people who truly believe in the vision.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease” really applies in Web3. Visibility matters - if you don’t speak up or show up consistently, you get overlooked. But the key is adding value, not just making noise.
It’s impossible to please everyone, but focusing on the positive result helps to prevent discouragement. So educative And entertaining this is a Great post, very honest and motivating. It’s true that negative voices are often louder, but strong communities are built by the people who stay, verify facts, and support the vision long-term
The transition from Anatoly to Alex Chekalov is such a pivotal moment for the Zylo ecosystem. It’s inspiring to see a founder prioritize transparency even when the internet can be a toxic place. Real leadership is about standing by your work and your community, no matter the noise.
I have never come across such intriguing piece thanks for this I do value the knowledge dispatch
It is a good advice and building up a good vision for people to understand
Building isn’t just about fixing complaints, it’s also about valuing the people who quietly show up and believe in the vision
You are the worlds best at this point in time So educative And entertaining too Thank you team

Great post—very honest and motivating. It’s true that negative voices are often louder, but strong communities are built by the people who stay, verify facts, and support the vision long-term. The example about turning accusations into clear, even humorous explanations is especially powerful—it shows transparency and confidence in the product. Respect for pushing through the difficult periods and continuing to build. Looking forward to seeing how the ecosystem and community grow from here.
I appreciate the honesty here and I believe long term builders grow stronger through both criticism and support
Cosmofox is building a community-driven Web3 ecosystem with a strong vision and growing support.

That’s what real community looks like 👏 Instead of feeding the negativity, someone brought facts, transparency, and receipts. Blockchain doesn’t lie

Interesting point of view I like the effort the project is putting to make sure the ecosystem is friendly and enjoyable

Strong early traction, real-world adoption, and a clearly defined roadmap. This is the kind of focused execution you see from teams building for the long term. Looking forward to what’s next.
The ones who truly understand the vision will always stay. Growth comes with resistance and you handled it the right way. Plus, the fact that you chose transparency instead of silence says everything. That’s why people stay.
The internet amplifies whatever we choose to focus on signal or noise. In a space overflowing with opinions, outrage, and half-truths, critical thinking is a superpower. The transparency and patience really stands out.
Cosmofox is building more than hype — it’s shaping a real community-driven Web3 ecosystem. Strong vision, growing support, and solid utility focus. Definitely a project worth watching closely.

It's rare to see a CEO be this real about the mental toll of the job, much respect
In my opinion, critical thinking should be part of everyone's reasoning and thinking. The internet makes us question many things and situations. But we must overcome these feelings and emotions.
Honestly Well said. The internet amplifies whatever we choose to focus on signal or noise. In a space overflowing with opinions, outrage, and half-truths, critical thinking is a superpower. The transparency and patience really stands out.

Powerful and honest. The way you described negativity really resonates with many builders. The intrade.bar experience shows criticism often reflects resistance to change, not malice. Turning doubt into clarity shows leadership. What truly stands out is the community people defending with proof, not emotion. That kind of culture is rare. Keep building.

Good afternoon, and thank you for your kind words addressed to the entire CosmoFox community. When I read the article, I initially wanted to tell you to simply ignore the negative people, because they're only looking for profit and will soon leave the project. But you have a different philosophy, and it works. Take the example of the 3 USDT and the student who won 3 TON. A real community, first and foremost, educates and understands the project, always verifies information, and stands up for it, because only together can we achieve success! I care about CosmoFox, I've already written about it in the chat. It's a great way to unwind and really helps me relax after the massive attacks on Ukraine. Yes, the game relaxes me and engages me in competition with interesting people who share their experiences and help. More than anyone, I see anger, hatred, and death in this world—but I try to be positive in any situation... The same example in the CIS group—I said hello in English, but the reaction was bittersweet... If a person is positive and warm in life, they will be like that everywhere, so I wish you more people like that in any of your projects! Greetings from the entire CosmoFOX CIS community!
This is powerful and honest. 💛 The way you described negativity — especially that “hit over the head with an oar while you’re drowning” feeling — is something a lot of builders relate to but rarely admit publicly. Respect for that transparency. The intrade.bar story is a great reminder that sometimes criticism isn’t about malice — it’s about resistance to change. And the way you handled it (turning accusations into absurd counterarguments) shows emotional maturity and leadership. Also, the example with FXCM and TradingView was hilarious — and effective. It highlights how easy it is for people to create narratives without evidence. What stands out most is the community aspect. When members defend the project with blockchain proof instead of waiting for the team, that’s not just a user base — that’s alignment. That’s culture. In a world where outrage spreads 10x faster than appreciation, building something with people who choose understanding over aggression is rare. Keep building. The right people see it.
I really like the comparison to Jason Statham's adrenaline in Crank is a perfect, offbeat metaphor for how vital positive reinforcement can be when you're running on fumes. I’m so glad to be a part of this community

What really stands out is how transparency and patience turned doubt into long-term trust. Seeing the community step up with facts instead of emotion shows real strength. This is how strong ecosystems are built, through belief, accountability, and unity.
This is really perfect..this will bring a better future to the community
This perfectly shows how real transparency and a strong community can silence negativity better than any argument.
Thank you for sharing this story someone needed this to hold on to and also be inspired the world is not revolve around us but when we do the right thing positive things start coming in
Strong message. Turning criticism into clarity — and building a community that defends truth with facts — says everything about the foundation you’ve created. Respect for staying steady and choosing growth over noise.
I really appreciate you sharing this! Your story shows how powerful positivity can be. Keep doing your thing, you're inspiring us and others. We will keep giving our maximum support
I'm always here to give my support no matter what. I love watching leaders build and happy to be part of that journey
Consistency is the key even when the world doesn't seems to understand you. You just have to keep going and trying hard
Real builders know the journey isn’t just wins — it’s lessons, pressure, and persistence. Respect for pushing through. Every long-term project earns scars and strength at the same time. Keep going.
True leadership shows when things get hard. Respect for choosing strength, transparency, and community over giving up.
The world looks like a place of negativity but when you do the right thing and persist you lead the game
10 years of resilience against oppression and still standing strong 💪🏻. You’re a role model at least and you deserve your flowers 💯
The truth is that not everyone sees the good in you but are quick to criticize the bad things you do, all that should matter to you is your goals and if you're on the right track to achieving that.
The resilience is so accurate
What strikes me most here is the paradox you describe — being surrounded by genuine supporters, yet only feeling the weight of the critics. That's not a weakness; it's how our brains are wired. The negativity bias is real and ruthless, and it hits hardest when you're already under pressure.
Your resilience that you won't give up made the difference Now it's time to get the accolades
True people usually speak up when something breaks. But a decade of consistency says far more than any review ever could. Respect for staying solid through every high and low.
You can’t satisfy everyone, but staying focused on the value you’re creating is what truly counts. Great update.
That story hits hard. Pure resilience and class in the face of chaos.
It is not possible to please everyone, but focusing on the positive impact makes all the difference. Amazing update!
Good reminder that if you don’t speak up, you can easily get overlooked.
The part about not even noticing the support while focusing on the criticism really hit
You’re right people often speak up only when something goes wrong. But consistency over 10 years speaks louder than reviews. Respect for staying steady through both highs and lows
You are the worlds best at this point in time So educative And entertaining too Thank you team
This speaks to me in a profound manner, The act of facing one’s fears and showing the world how better you’re regardless of how they trying to undermine you. Kudos to you Alex 👏
This is so accurate and informative 👍
This is a deeply human and perceptive piece. The writer highlights a core truth about both human nature and the digital era our built-in negativity bias
Well said. The internet amplifies whatever we choose to focus on signal or noise. In a space overflowing with opinions, outrage, and half-truths, critical thinking is a superpower.
Very very nice insights here 👌
CosmoFox is one of the reliable and trustworthy community project in the world and looking forward to the moon
This was powerful and honest. It’s easy to celebrate wins, but it takes real leadership to speak openly about exhaustion, doubt, and the weight of negativity. The part about not even noticing the support while focusing on the criticism really hit — that’s something many builders quietly struggle with.

This is such a nice article, I enjoyed going through it. 😊
This is a beautifully human and insightful piece of writing. The author touches on something fundamental about human nature and the internet age: the "negativity bias." The comparison to Jason Statham's adrenaline in Crank is a perfect, offbeat metaphor for how vital positive reinforcement can be when you're running on fumes.

Moments like this prove that real community isn’t built on hype, but on trust, transparency, and people who genuinely believe in the vision.
