Federal officer involved shootings are not exceptionally rare nor do they often result in rioting. What is rare is for agency leadership all the way up to the WH immediately lying and slandering the victim, preventing and shutting down routine investigations, and blocking State LE from investigating. These are exceptionally bad behaviors that anyone could predict would 1) encourage more violence from federal officers and 2) enrage a free populace accustomed to accountability. They want violence, they want rioting, they want more power because they are actual, full blown fascists.
