I get it…
this kind of tired doesn’t go away with sleep.
It’s accumulated exhaustion ,
from enduring too much,
from explaining yourself over and over,
from staying strong
when all your heart wanted
was a pause.
If you can’t do anything right now,
that’s okay.
Sometimes that’s enough:
to stand still,
to breathe,
and to let yourself be tired
without blaming yourself for it.
