After a foot surgery a few years ago, I am finally making a dedicated effort to bring it back to its initial baseline strength. 💪
In the process, I am using my alternative food to gauge not only the strength but also its coordination abilities. 🎯
It’s wild to me how much we neglect our feet sitting for 8-12 hours a day in white color jobs. 🤯
