i've gotten to the age where youths discovering something that has been there all along, and usually adored by older generations, annoys the hell out of me i remember people saying this about hipsters in the late aughts and early '10s, but i didn't realize it then what makes it more annoying is the "trending" videos selling you these newly revealed truths as if they havent been true all along 💀

It's been incredible to see the Onchain Creator House grow into a cultural space for creators around the world. A big part of its success has been collaborating with the right partners, like @nouns-dao and @base.base.eth, who understand that Ethereum’s strength is cultural as much as it is technical. In Argentina, it came to life across the city: - We opened at the Onchain Creator House in collaboration with @worldcoin - Kicked off the Onchain Creator Rally with @gnars at the Skate + Jazz event - Spent a full day building with creators at Nouns Fair - And closed with a traditional parilla lunch celebrating our creator cohort Ethereum culture spreads through shared spaces, creative energy, and real human connection. Huge thanks to our panelists @vanacoinempress.base.eth @ioachimviju.base.eth @atown @willywonka.eth for sharing their insights and tips on building new media, onchain, and beyond.

Hear me out. I don’t buy shoes to collect and I hate clutter, which means I usually have 2-3 shoes in my rotation. I’ll wear them until the soles come off. The last pair of sneakers I bought was about three years ago. I recently wore out 2 of my go to New Balance, so I started shopping for a new daily. And that’s when I realized the world has turned upside down. Because when did ASICS become THE cool shoe? Is comfort cool now? ASICS I’d usually wear are almost $200!!! That’s insane. Oh, and apparently Y2K aesthetic is a thing now too. I think I’m going to wait until the new year to see if the prices come down. Assuming some of the madness might have something to do with holiday shoppers.

Say what they will, I won’t forget the hard work Farcaster put in to building a social network has allowed it to become a more powerful wallet. The underlying social protocol is being integrated across other wallets like the Base app and Zapper for that reason too. They may be shifting strategy, but the only reason why they’re differentiated and have a potential to succeed is because they started with a social-first protocol/client. Personally, I’m here for the social network. I’m going to keep building and creating with everyone who I’ve connected with here. And on the Base app, Cura, Uno and everywhere the protocol is supported too.
