Felt quite strong today. Thanks to the nice weather. Took some new shoes (Saucony endorphin speed 5) also out for a ride. Workout was :
- 10' warmup
- 3x (12' 04:37-04:55 steady, 4' 05:00-05:40)
- 10' hard at 04:18
- 10'cooldown
For a change I think I actually went faster than the prescribed steadiness, keeping same comfort.
Average of the 3 steady laps was 04:31. The hard lap was 04:09.
