Run went well despite the last minute injury and shoe change. My heart is full. The Berlin Braves cheering point was such a huge hit.
I tried to do a negative split which sort of worked but at the Strausbergerplatz area I slowed down. And later sped up again until the finish.
Ready for the Berlin half tomorrow.
Things did not go as planned and I have a minor injury (heel bite) and need to change racing shoes.
Anyway I hope the other shoes tomorrow will be more forgiving and I will have a nice race.
Ran the shakeout with the Braves trying to test the Adios pro 4 again before the race.
The heel wound is open again. I think this means I have to switch shoes for this race and take care to wear hydrocolloid plaster.

Tried out new shoes. The Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4.
They were okay, just at the end the left shoe had kind of hit me on the Achilles heel as some new pairs tend to do.
The workout was short but brutal. Speed is not my strong suite π
- ~20' warmup including 3x strides
- 5x (800m @ VO2 max, 2' slow jog)
- ~10' cooldown
