Tried out new shoes. The Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4.
They were okay, just at the end the left shoe had kind of hit me on the Achilles heel as some new pairs tend to do.
The workout was short but brutal. Speed is not my strong suite 😆
- ~20' warmup including 3x strides
- 5x (800m @ VO2 max, 2' slow jog)
- ~10' cooldown
