About a month and a half ago, my wife was diagnosed with celiac disease, so we had to cut gluten COMPLETELY out of our diet, no bread, no pasta, no barley, and pretty much no packaged food unless it screams "gluten-free"
At first it felt overwhelming, but it quickly turned into a fun challenge. We’ve been experimenting, getting creative in the kitchen and even inventing some dishes and sauces🥗🥑

8 days without smoking! I’m feeling a bit anxious, kinda sleepy, getting light headaches, and a weird feeling like I’m missing something
Instead I’m breathing smoother, my heart rate is dropped by 10-11 on average, and the best part? Everything tastes way better now haha!
