S&P GLOBAL RATINGS DOWNGRADES USDT STABILITY RATING TO 'WEAK' OVER BTC-BACKING AND TRANSPARENCY CONCERNS
News like this usually pops up during a bear market. Most likely it means nothing and USDT will be fine, but I prefer to play it safe. It might seem like I’m being overly dramatic, but during the last bear market even the 'safest' stablecoin, USDC, depegged for several days. Why take extra risk for no reason?
And btw right before the UST (Terra) collapse there were tons of warning signs, posts, and articles. I listened to them, and I’m glad I did.

DappRadar was actually pretty useful, especially for tracking GameFi projects. Really sad to see it shutting down. The main thing is that nothing like this happens to DeFiLlama, that would be a disaster

Looks like turbulence has started in crypto again. Times like this are stressful, even when you’re sitting on a stablecoin bag. There’s a chance it’ll get even more stressful. We’ve seen this before, remember when USDC depegged for a few days?
What advice would I give myself? Stay away from algo stables. Stay away from high-yield vaults with exposure to algo or questionable stables. In my view, the risk isn’t worth it right now. Stick only to fiat-backed stables, the most reliable protocols, and conservative strategies. The goal isn’t to multiply, it’s to protect your capital. IMO. DYOR. NFA!

In crypto you can’t relax for even a second. Danger is everywhere. An NPM account of a well-known developer was compromised, and now a lot of sites, your pc, and even hardware wallet users could be at risk. There are rumors that somehow attackers are stealing seed phrases from software wallets, which sounds insane.
Most likely the safest move right now is to just do nothing and wait. Don’t sign anything, don’t make transactions. Stay safe out there guys❗❗❗
