Day 16 - A bunch of small changes in preparation for shipping tomorrow - Added favicon, images, and open graph image, - routed domain - fixed bugs related to delegate preview

Day 15 - Almost ready for Launch - Added delegate preview of who your optimism delegate is - Added a tooltip for govscore column header - Added a native redelegate button - Added thesis for GovScore

Day 14 - Made UI changes to make GovScore more intuitive - Cleaned up the Github repo - Activated API - Made GovScore infographic

Day 13 - Created the backend for storing all the delegate information for GovScore - Made the graphql query for pulling all the necessary voting info - Established the OCC API
