Hi, my dear Farcasters 💜 It feels a little quiet lately, doesn’t it? 🤔 The feed feels different. The rhythm shifts, conversations change, the mood evolves. And honestly, I do not feel like disappearing from here. Not because someone is asking me to stay, but because I know myself. If I step away from a platform for too long, it slowly starts to feel unfamiliar. The culture changes, new trends appear, conversations move forward. And when you come back, it feels like you missed an entire chapter. And I do not want to miss chapters 📖 I simply like it here. There is something different about the culture of communication here. I cannot fully explain it. It is just a different vibe, and it resonates with me 😌 Farcaster opened something new in me. I realized how much I love thinking out loud, writing, and sharing my perspective. Here I have met amazing people from different countries, people I probably would have never met in another reality 🌍 What do you love about Farcaster?

Hey-hey, my dear ones 🤗 Today is March 1st, and here in Ukraine we are officially welcoming spring 🌿 Even if the air is still cold, something feels lighter already. The trees are not in a hurry to bloom yet. The mornings are still a little grey. But the calendar gently reminds us that a new season has begun 🌸 Interestingly, not all countries begin spring today. Many European countries also welcome it on March 1st. But in places like the US or the UK, spring officially starts later, around March 20 or 21, on the day of the spring equinox 🌍 Some wait for the sun to balance day and night. We simply turn the page and step into spring ✨ Tell me, when does spring officially begin in your country? 🌷

Good afternoon, everyone! I recently reread 1984. Years ago I tried to read it, but it didn’t really click. Now it feels very different. It’s striking how close to reality a novel written in the last century can feel today. In the novel, George Orwell describes a world of total control. Screens in every home watching you. An «eye» 👁️ you cannot escape. At first it seems exaggerated, almost impossible. But then you look around and realize how much of our lives is already monitored, tracked, and shaped by information. «War is Peace» «Freedom is Slavery» «Ignorance is Strength» These slogans sound absurd 🤯 And yet, when you think about how language is sometimes used in the modern world, they do not feel entirely fictional anymore. In my personal opinion, parts of this novel strongly resemble certain authoritarian regimes that already exist today. In some countries, this system is not dystopian fiction. It feels very real. If you have not read it, I highly recommend it. If you have, do you notice similarities with the world we are living in now?

I remember February 24, 2022 ❤️‍🩹 like everyone else, but if I am honest, my life was divided into “before” and “after” much earlier. For me, the war began when Crimea was taken, when unrest started in Luhansk and Donetsk, when the so called “russian spring” changed everything 2014… I still see that picture clearly. I am standing in my kitchen in Luhansk, looking out the window and hearing planes flying overhead. Inside there is a wild, almost animal fear that there will be a war 💔 Back then it was not as massive as in 2022, but I already felt that the old world had cracked and would never be the same again. And in 2022 that wave hit me again… The same wild fear The same uncertainty You do not know where to run or what to do. And you have two children. My life, like the lives of millions of Ukrainians, was turned upside down. In someone’s eyes maybe we became stronger, but at a price no one would ever choose willingly. And stronger. Am I? I do not know. This is very hard to survive. I do not know how it will echo in my mind years from now. The most important thing is that we are alive. That is what I keep repeating to myself. Despite everything we have gone through this and we are still going through it. But we were not broken. Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦

Good afternoon my dear ones 🧡 Do you ever replay situations in your head long after they are over? Not just conversations, but moments, decisions, your own reactions. When you suddenly start thinking: why did I say that, why did I stay silent, why did I act that way instead of differently? 🤔 I do. Sometimes I mentally go back to a moment that has already passed and relive it, rewrite it, redo it. As if thinking about it long enough could somehow change the outcome 😵‍💫🌀 But nothing changes.. The situation is in the past. The moment is over. Yet my mind keeps circling around it 😔 I return again and again to something that cannot be undone. And honestly, it is exhausting Sometimes I catch myself wishing I could be one of those people who simply move on and do not overthink everything. I would like to be able to let go like that too. Sometimes I really lack that ability. Now I try at least to notice when I start getting stuck in those thoughts and gently stop myself. Not perfectly, not every time, but I try 🫠 If you get stuck like this, how do you pull yourself out? Or do you just switch it off and move on? How did you learn to do that? 👀
