If you have made a deposit in the yield vault, ERC20 certificates (vault shares) will be sent to your wallet balance open the contract in the explorer - Write contract tab - and look for the Redeem function (it is quite universal) you can find the exact balance of shares using the balanceOf function (Read contract tab). This is how Superform/Morpho/Avantis vaults and other protocols work in most cases (some may include functions for requesting first followed by a claim after a cooldown etc.)
