Just minted a Viz https://opensea.io/collection/meebits-ai-toys/overview an AI-powered @meebitss plushie (a brilliant @sergito initiative) I’ve been saying this for a long time @g0nad.eth: NFTs (and crypto in general) won’t reach their full potential until we make them far more accessible and tangible. We’re not going to mainstream through hyper-exclusivity, fixed supplies, FOMO loops, trading games, or newfangled psyops. We get there by building things people can actually see, hear, feel, and understand. That’s why @jesse.base.eth's vision of Base being “for everyone” lands for me. And why @zora's push into content coins also makes sense. It's all about expanding and enlarging the surface area of collective participation, not shriveling and shrinking it. We need far more crypto products that make people feel included, as opposed to excluded. This is how we make our memes go mainstream: accessibility over exclusivity.

I predict that generative identity-based social media (“Generative Social Media”), will eclipse fixed identity-based social media (“Fixed Social Media”). So social media is going to become a lot more about generating profiles, selves, incarnations, avatars, emanations of your own being. And less about what was formerly understood as authenticity: a sort of a hardened inextricable connection to your own inherent personhood and body and biography, the ground that you're from: your terrestrial being, your physical being, your face, your voice, your body are going to be starting points, jumping off points, springboards as opposed to corporeal cages.

frustAItion. a term i coined for something I’ve been seeing more and more: the frustration that happens when an AI instantly and seamlessly understands a complex idea, while the humans in the room still need to ask questions, want to walk through it step-by-step, and maybe even challenge the reasoning or core assumptions i coined a five-minute video zora explaining it… (and then hastily hit post before retitling the post; thankfully, coining another post here on Base has given me a second bite at the coinapple) This is happening all around us and it’s felt acutely by knowledge workers who have never been “explained” or “automated” before.
