So the top 10 on Farcaster rewards is being gamed by pretty much same people week after week, and somehow that’s supposed to inspire others to get onboarded and stay active here?
It actually makes the platform look really bad, and I’m not sure how the team isn’t realizing it 🙃 or maybe they do and just don’t care. Not sure what’s worse lol.
hm what’s going on with this new update… my home feed is awful now lol. why am I seeing every random cast that people I follow liked? I get it with recasts…. but showing every single like is way too much… so much annoying content I don’t care about 😩
And what’s the solution? Unfollowing literally everyone to not see this? Not sure that’s the goal the team had in mind with this algo.
Also now I’m thinking I’ll have to be careful with engaging… I usually scroll and like casts just to support everyone, but now I’ll probably do it a lot less, so people who follow me don’t get all these random casts on their feeds.
