In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, our journey has not been linear. But we have always held a firm belief: Digital property rights will build a more equitable and free world for every internet user. This conviction has been a guiding light on our journey.
Our story begins with mobile gaming. In 2014, we set sail as a mobile game company. In those early days, we focused on licensing partnerships with globally renowned IPs, like Garfield, Mattel, Doraemon, and Astro Boy, creating a series of games loved by many users.
Due to this, licensing gaming is an integral part of our DNA. We believe that IPs represent brand identity, but are also a unique vehicle for culture, identity, and community. It is deeply embedded in popular culture, possessing a powerful vitality and emotional connection. Our journey in gaming set the tone for our strong belief in digital property rights and our strategic transformation.
When blockchain technology and the concept of NFTs began to emerge, we saw the opportunity to empower users with true digital ownership. Virtual ownership in the gaming world did not translate to actual asset ownership before. With blockchain, however, players could now have access to true digital property rights.
And thus emerged “the TOWER experiment” with Crazy Defense Heroes and Crazy Kings, where we blended free-to-play gaming and tokens. Merging free-to-play game design with blockchain economics yielded rewarding results. After introducing token rewards, the game’s daily active user count saw an explosive growth, proving that the play-and-earn model could be a massive driver of player engagement.

Since July 2024, we have partnered with Standard Chartered (Hong Kong) and HKT to participate in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's stablecoin sandbox. Together, we have established a joint venture, Anchorpoint Financial Limited, that focuses on the issuance and development of regulated stablecoins.
We have also established a strategic partnership with Provenance Blockchain Labs to jointly develop a market for real-world assets called NUVA, aiming to connect RWA issuers and investors through a vault marketplace.

Finally, we're excited to collaborate with Fosun Wealth Holdings and FinChain to create a comprehensive pipeline for the issuance and distribution of tokenized real-world assets.

This collaboration will originate institutional-grade assets on Fosun Wealth Holdings’ platform, and distribute their tokenized RWA products to a global investor base through NUVA.
Our understanding of Bitcoin goes far beyond speculation. We view it as the strategic cornerstone of digital property rights governance. As our executive chairman and co-founder Yat Siu says, “Bitcoin isn’t the endgame. This is why we have formed a strategic collaboration with DigitalX to establish an enterprise-grade Bitcoin treasury.
We have also signed a non-binding letter of intent with DDC Enterprise to focus on Bitcoin asset management and optimization.
